Pick a service per item — or hand us the bag and we will sort it out. Whites and colours are always separated as standard.
Dry Cleaning
Solvent cleaning for suits, abayas, gowns, jackets and anything that must not meet water. Pressed and finished by hand.
Iron Only
Already washed at home? Send it in for pressing alone and get back a crisp, ready-to-wear finish.
Wash & Fold
Everyday laundry washed, dried and folded into tidy stacks. Ideal for bedding, towels and family loads.
Wash & Hang
Washed and returned on hangers, ready to go straight into the wardrobe without a crease.
Stain & Special Care
Point out a stain at pickup and we pre-treat it. Silk, cashmere and other delicates get a gentler cycle and mild detergent.

Questions we get asked
Typically 24 to 48 hours from collection. If you need something back for a
specific day, tell us at pickup and we will confirm whether we can make it.
You can drop off at either of our two shops — Al Mhali Street, near WTC Mall, or
inside Abela Supermarket in Al Khalidiya — or we collect from you. We cover the
Abu Dhabi region: the island and Corniche, Yas, Reem and Saadiyat, Khalifa City,
Al Shamkha and Al Shawamekh, Mussafah and ICAD, Baniyas, Mafraq and Al Wathba. We do not
currently serve Al Ain or the Al Dhafra region. Not sure about your building?

Pricing is per piece and depends on the garment, the service you choose, your
service plan and your area — with 5% UAE VAT on top. You always see the exact
total before confirming an order, and any care-mode surcharge is itemised
separately. Payment can be by in-app wallet, card, or cash on delivery.
No. With Quick Pickup you just book a slot — the driver collects your bag, and we
weigh, count and itemise everything at the plant before confirming your price.
If you would rather list items up front, you can do that too.
Kanduras are usually Wash & Press with the Starch care mode — the most popular
choice. Abayas are generally dry cleaned, or washed on the Delicate mode. For
silk, cashmere and other luxury fabrics, choose Delicate or Hand Wash. Point out
any stains at pickup so we can pre-treat them.
Yes, as long as the order has not started processing — just contact us and we
will cancel it. Once items are in the wash we cannot cancel, but do get in touch
and the team will look at the options. Changes to the address, time slot or items
on a placed order can be arranged by calling or messaging us.
